Sign in only at portal.lto.gov.ph using your registered email or Client ID and password. This site never collects LTMS credentials.

1. Official LTMS Login

The LTMS Portal is the LTO's official online system. To access your account, open the official portal and use its sign-in page.

2. How to Login

    Open the official portal

    Visit portal.lto.gov.ph in a secure browser. Confirm the address before entering any credentials.

    Choose the sign-in option

    Find the Login or Sign In action on the official site.

    Enter your credentials

    Use your registered email or Client ID, then your password.

    Complete any verification

    If the portal asks for additional verification, follow the on-screen official instructions.

    Access your dashboard

    After a successful login you can start available LTO online services linked to your account.

3. Login Requirements

  • An existing LTMS account (register first if you do not have one)
  • Registered email address or Client ID
  • Your LTMS password
  • Stable internet connection and an updated browser

New users should complete LTMS Portal registration before attempting to log in.

4. Login with Email

If you registered with an email address, enter that same email on the official login page, then your password.

Tip

Use the exact email you registered with — including spelling and any dots or plus signs. Check spam for verification messages if your account is not yet active.

5. Login with Client ID

Your LTMS Client ID is a unique account identifier issued after registration. On the official portal, you can usually sign in with Client ID + password as an alternative to email.

6. Forgot Password

Use only the official password reset flow. Do not send passwords to anyone by email, chat, or social media.

8. Troubleshooting

  1. Clear cache or try a private/incognito window.
  2. Disable VPN temporarily if the portal fails to load.
  3. Confirm you are on https://portal.lto.gov.ph/ — not a lookalike site.
  4. Reset your password through the official flow if needed.
