   Sign in at portal.lto.gov.ph with your registered email or Client ID. Resolve account verification issues first if the portal blocks license services.

   Start renewal

   From your dashboard, open the driver's license renewal service. Select the correct transaction, confirm your personal details, and complete any online modules or declarations LTMS requires.

   Book appointment (if required)

   If LTMS prompts you to schedule, choose an LTO office, date, and time slot that you can attend. Save or screenshot your appointment reference.

   Pay fees

   Pay applicable renewal fees through the payment method shown in LTMS (online or as instructed for your transaction). Keep proof of payment until your renewal is complete.

   Follow official instructions

   Complete biometrics, photo capture, medical submission, or card pickup exactly as LTMS and your appointment summary specify. Do not skip steps that the portal marks as mandatory.

You can usually start renewal if your license record is active in LTO systems and you meet age, medical, and violation-clearance rules shown in LTMS. Holders with suspended or revoked licenses must resolve those statuses through official LTO processes before renewal appears as an option.
